The Shop
Helix Motorsports (comprised of Helix Minisports and Helix Bimmersport) is located at 2424 Martha Street, on the border of historic Fishtown and Kensington neighborhoods of Philadelphia, and occupies what was once the stable of the of the Weisbrod and Hess Oriental Brewing Company compound.
Helix Motorsports is a 5000 square foot installation and testing facility equipped with two lifts, a Mustang MD-250 two wheel load-type dynamometer, and luxurious customer waiting area complete with wi-fi internet access, big comfy couch, out-of-date magazines and giant 12" (yes, inch) screen television.

The Dyno
Don't guess what the power output of your engine is, KNOW for sure with our in-house Mustang MD 250 dynamometer.
* Test product HP claims.
* Measure HP and torque over the entire RPM range.
* Graph baseline performance against upgrades.
* OBD II reading available for most cars.
* Wideband O2 sensor reading available.
Rates are $85 per hour with group rates available. Contact us about proper use of dynamometers for tuning shops.

Rates
Our shop rate is $75 per hour but many popular modifications and installations are billed at a flat rate. The table shows our flat rate installation prices.
Price is for labor only unless otherwise noted (item price and tax will be added).

Installation Instructions
We recommend that many of our products be installed by a trained mechanic at a professional shop, but some you can do yourself.
