The Milltek for the convertible is similar in sound quality, fit and finish, but has the correct fitment for the MINI Cooper S convertible.

Traditionally thought of as a downpipe combined with a new higher-flow header (manifold) all mated up to a new Platinum-coated 200-cell German-made catalyst. The stock manifold/downpipe/cat has the most inconsistent pipe diameter in your exhaust system. The Milltek header is an easy bolt-on installation, and it can be installed with your stock exhaust or with a Milltek Sport unit (or any other aftermarket unit for that matter).

OBX High performance racing headers are made out of pure SUS-304 stainless steel. Dyno tested at low end and top speed to increase horsepower. Precision mandrel-bend to enhance exhaust gas flow. These headers are easy to install, and features a smoother piping design for optimal exhaust flow. Manifold gasket is included.

With the HMS 5029 package, we’ve assembled the OBX header welded to a Random Technologies 300cell High Flow Catalytic. This is designed to provide a balance in performance, sound level, and longevity of the header system. The kit is assembled, ready for you to bolt it on.


With the HMS 5031 package, we'll send you an OBX header welded to a stock catalytic converter and when you do the swap you send us your stock header, provided that your cat is still good. That way your car won't be out of commission for any longer than necessary. Subject to a core charge of $300 if cat is not returned.

Revolution Mini Works has come up with a quieter alternative to their race header which is not so much for the race track but still something that will give better performance than other headers on the market.
