Return Policies
Any item in new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A return authorization (RMA) number must be first obtained by calling Helix Motorsports at 215 739 8800. A 15% handling and restocking fee will be assessed for each item returned to AWE Tuning. All returned items must be in as-new, resalable condition. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. All return shipments must be prepaid and there are no refunds on shipping charges. Shipping insurance on returned items is recommended, as refunds can only be made on as-new, resalable condition items. Please note that certain items such as turbo kits, complete chipped DME/ECU Control Modules, exhaust systems, or special order items are non-returnable or refundable. Deposits for special order items are not refundable.

Shipping Conditions
Not all items are kept in stock at all times. Some items require a few days lead time. Orders placed before 1pm EST on in-stock items will usually be shipped the same day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates calculated by our online shopping cart are only estimates and Helix does not guarantee that the shipping rate displayed is the shipping rate that you will be charged. Actual costs are rarely higher than the estimate, but due to variables like remoteness of location, courier surcharges, and acts of God, we cannot guarantee that the online shipping quote will be exact.
