The Helix Stainless Steel Brake Lines are a direct replacement and help improve pedal feel. They also help reduce the expansion that occurs from the stock rubber brake lines leading to reduced time between applied pedal pressure and deceleration.

ATE Super Blue Racing brake fluid has a dry boiling point of over 530 degrees F, far exceeding DOT 4 standards. Mixes with any other DOT 3 or DOT 4 fluid. Super Blue absorbs moisture very slowly, so you don't have to change it as often as many high-performance fluids. Great for your street car that sees weekend track duty.

ATE TYP200 carries the exact same properties as the ATE Super Blue, but it is an amber colored fluid.

The Brembo Sport discs are premium OEM replacement units that exceed all vehicle manufacturers’ specifications and tolerances. They are fully compatible with stock calipers wheels and other chassis components, easily mounting onto the vehicle. The brake discs are built in high carbon cast iron. The brake discs are then plated for corrosion resistance and for a bold, aggressive appearance.

Brembo sport disc applications are ABE approved, a TÜV certification granted by the German Ministry of Transport.

DBA 4000 Series Rotor

The 4000 Series Wiper-Slot rotor has a unique 6x6 slotted design for extreme stopping power on the road and the track. As with every DBA rotor, the 4000 Series rotor bolts right onto the vehicle with no mechanical changes needed.
DBA's mid-series, enhanced-performance, slotted rotor features Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) for improved heat handling and Thermo-Graphic paint markings for effective heat monitoring. TSP allows for improved fatigue resistance to minimize surface cracking, reduced rotor fatigue during prolonged heavy braking, and minminal "bedding in" of rotors.

DBA 5000

With a two-piece design and a black Alumalite™ centre hat, DBA's 5000 series slotted rotors complement the looks of a great looking performance car. As with every DBA rotor, the 5000 Series 2-Piece rotor bolts right onto the vehicle with no mechanical changes needed. The 5000 series rotor also features DBA's Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP).

Hawk Performance HPS-High Performance Street disc brake pads are designed vehicles used for high speed driving or that may encounter repetitive heavy braking. Hawk Performance HPS Ferro-Carbon compound brake pads provide advanced braking characteristics to enhance the driving experience.

Hawk HP Plus Sport/Track disc brake pads are designed for sport driving in autocross, Solo II and many “track day” applications. Additionally, the Hawk Performance HP Plus Ferro-Carbon compound can take the heat at the track and get you home safely without having to change your brake pads in and out. This compound was designed for the serious street and autocross enthusiast.

*Warning! Due to the dramatic friction levels produced by this product to achieve "race-level" braking, rotor wear, noise, dust, and pad life may be affected.

The high friction level of Hawk HP Plus pads will be more responsive than most standard original brakes and their high resistance to brake fade makes them a superb upgrade for high performance streetcars used in competition, for high speed driving or that encounter repetitive heavy braking.

Brake pads are wear items and as such, should be inspected regularly and replaced as necessary. Pads should be replaced when approximately 1/8th inch of friction material remains on the steel backing plate.

NOTE:

Even though Hawk Performance burnishes its brake pads as a final step in the factory, all brake pads have to be bedded-in with the rotors (new or used) that they will be used against. Properly bedding-in new brake pads results in a transfer film being generated at the pad and rotor interface to maximize brake performance.

Billet Superlite 6 Piston SL6 Calipers

SL6 calipers are pure performance featuring a fully CNC machined billet body with closed end bridges and a reinforced bridge to body transition. Center bridge body bolts provide additional strength and positive retention of the pads. These elements combine as an ultra-rigid body that resists separation and deflection under high load. Driver comfort and confidence soar with immediate response from a very firm pedal. The SL6 generates high clamping force and balanced pad loading from a race-proven differential bore six-piston configuration. Staggered piston sizes distribute pressure to compensate for the natural variances in temperature, load, and wear rate that occur over the length of the pad. Pad life is extended and performance is measurably improved. Stainless steel pistons are used in all custom show and sport performance applications for their low heat transfer properties and resistance to corrosion. Road race kits feature SL6/ST calipers with Thermlock® pistons for maximum heat protection in extreme heat environments. High temperature, square faced piston seals provide long service life in extreme environments with positive piston retraction on release. Stainless steel SRS bridge wear plates eliminate pad gouging and extend the service life of the caliper. The spring-loaded action of the SRS plates also eliminates pad rattle and dampens the vibration harmonics that contribute to pad squeal. Fluid tubes are dampened to eliminate vibration stress and recess mounted for protection from track debris. GT Series Rotor Hats
GT aluminum hats are lightweight and strong to manage the exceptional brake torque generated by the SL6 Big Brake system. The hats are specially designed for use on OE hubs without modifications or interference to the suspension or ABS components. The hats carry Wilwood's signature and a high luster black anodized finish to prevent corrosion and enhance the overall appearance of the complete package inside the wheel.

SRP or GT Series 13" Rotors
Large diameter vented iron rotors provide substantial increases in cooling and stopping power over small diameter OE rotors. All Wilwood rotors are manufactured from premium grade, long grain carbon iron to provide long wear with high thermal stability and resistance to distortion. The superior heat absorption and dissipation qualities of a directional vane iron rotor are essential to preventing heat fade and realizing the longest service life from the pads and rotors. For custom, show, and high performance sport driving, SRP rotor kits offer the high-tech look and improved performance of a directional cross-drill and face slot pattern. In addition to their aesthetic appeal, the venting and cleaning action of the holes and slots will reduce pad glaze, dissipate surface heat, and minimize irregular pad build-up on the rotor faces. The results are smoother engagement with improved consistency and response at the pedal. Every SRP rotor is treated with a silver zinc wash to reduce corrosion on the areas of the rotor not kept clean by pad contact. GT rotor kits feature Wilwood's ultimate competition rotor with full detail machining, asymmetrical face slotting and individual dynamic balancing. GT rotors run true and vibration free with extended rotor life and pad wear on applications subject to higher sustained operating temperatures.

PolyMatrix Brake Pads
PolyMatrix brake pads get fast response with high resistance to fade, long wear, and the low rotor abrasion that PolyMatrix is so well known for. Specific pad types and compounds have been selected for each application and are listed in the service parts guide for each kit.

Caliper Brackets and Hardware
Aluminum mount brackets are lightweight and strong. Each bracket is CNC machined for precise fit on each specific spindle. Grade 8 strength or higher nuts, bolts, studs, washers, and alignment shims are included with each kit.

Plumbing
Fittings and hoses for most kits must be ordered separately. A few noted kits do include stainless steel flexlines. Otherwise, hose kit part numbers can be found next to each kit in the ordering information.

NOTE:
Installation of Wilwood Disc Brake Kits may affect the wheel offset.

Zimmerman cross-drilled rotors are manufactured in Germany for exceptional quality. Zimmerman rotors have radiused edges, not only to increase pad life, but to prevent cracking and provide a visual wear inspection. An excellent way to prevent brake fade on the track.
