Koni FSD Shocks BMW E90/E92/E82

The KONI FSD (Frequency Selective Damping) shock is an excellent balance of great road handling characteristics with no-compromise comfort levels. It's a two-in-one solution from KONI that doesn't require the installation of sophisticated electronics, cables or sensors. Firmness for sporty driving on even road surfaces. Smoothness for a comfortable ride on uneven road surfaces.


How It Works
In standard shock absorbers the main damping characteristic is defined by the oil flow going through the piston assembly.

Combining it with the FSD feature, KONI added a special valve that controls an oil flow parallel to the one going through the piston rod. This parallel oil flow is closed by the FSD feature, giving a rise in damping force almost linear to the time that the piston is moving in one direction.

Put simply
The FSD feature is a hydraulic amplifier that delays the build up of pressure. In some ways an extra tuning option has been created in order to get the best possible combination of handling and comfort.

Since it is an integrated part of the hydraulic valve system inside the damper, no additional cables, sensors or any other electronic devices are needed to operate an FSD damper.

Bilstein PSS Fully Adjustable Coilover System

The Bilstein PSS9 Performance Suspension System features 9 dampening adjustments. It includes adjustable monotube gas shocks with nine precise compression and rebound settings from comfort to competition. H&R Coilovers

Cross Coilover Suspension Kit

CROSS Competition coilover systems for the High Performance BMW. The Competition Series is the top of the line coilover system. It features a lightweight design with a 15 way dampening adjustable monotube damper. With its high strength and durability, the Competition Series insures that it will last through any type of driving condition. The front damper features a 40 mm piston and the rear has either a 40 or 45mm piston depending on application. The ride height adjustability is independent from the spring perch so adjusting ride height does not compromise the spring rate or rebound and compression of the damper. All coilover systems come with a cool bend linear spring that offer last precision steering and handling. Spring rates are also custom tailored to each system and driver's preference. All Competition Series coilovers include front camber adjustable pillow ball upper mounts and most rear includes pillow ball mounts depending on application. Larger luxury vehicles have a softer damper for a sporty luxury feel and also allowing a lower ride height. H&R Sport / Race Springs

H&R Sport Springs are designed and engineered for each particular application and are the correct spring rate for low aggressive looks, high performance handling and no ride harshness! H&R Sport Springs will lower your vehicle approximately 1.25-2.0 inches (depending on the make and model of your vehicle) and should be matched with high-quality, sport-tuned shock absorbers. Camber correction may be necessary.


For the discerning enthusiast that wants the ultimate in performance and an aggressive look, H&R Race Springs are the perfect solution. H&R Race Springs will lower your vehicle approximately 1.75-2.5 inches (depending on the make and model of your vehicle) and should be matched with high-quality, sport-tuned shock absorbers. The BMW 335 has an aggressive camber curve in bump travel which is especially noticeable on lowered cars.
